What to do if the program won't write properly?
Latest Updated:03/24/2008
Question:
In user program mode, I want to write a program to the internal ROM via external memory (16-bit bus/little endian/byte data), but the program won't write properly. What should I do?
Answer:
When the external memory is 16-bit bus, little endian, or byte data, byte transfer to internal RAM first and then expand to the internal ROM. Follow the same procedure for different external memory conditions as well, but remember to consider the alignment of the data transferred to internal RAM.
