The on-chip ROM (program ROM) (write only) area is for erasing or rewriting user programs.
To read after a user program has been erased or rewritten, please use the on-chip ROM (program ROM) (read only).
For more information, please refer to the "Configuration of Memory Mats for the ROM" section in the "ROM (Flash Memory for Code Storage)" chapter of the hardware manual.
